Do I need health insurance to access OIH Direct Care Services?
NO. OIH DirectCare is an online based medical care service that can either supplement current medical services you are receiving OR provide telemedicine healthcare service as an option for your medical needs.
Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for OIH DirectCare?
YES. many hsa plans accept health memberships from a medical clinic as a reimbursable service. we are working to accept hsa cards directly, until then you may contact your hsa to find out how to be reimbursed. contact your HSA directly for further information.
Can I use OIH DirectCare for a medical emergency?
NO. Please note OIH DirectCare does not provide emergency based services. If you have having a medical emergency please dial 9-1-1 or proceed to your nearest urgent care or emergency room.
